Fexly - Support
Write to support@fexly.app. It helps to add your iPhone model, the iOS version and the Fexly version (Settings → About), and a screenshot if something looks wrong.
Rates
Where do the rates come from? Market rates and coin prices are refreshed every few minutes. Central bank rates (National Bank of Ukraine, National Bank of Poland, European Central Bank, Bank of England) change once a working day, when the bank publishes them. The source is chosen in Settings → Rate source; the full list is in Settings → About.
The app says "Offline". Fexly keeps the last downloaded rates and charts, so conversion keeps working without a connection. New rates load by themselves when the connection is back.
A rate alert came late. Alerts are checked on your iPhone. iOS decides how often apps may refresh in the background, so keep Background App Refresh and notifications on for Fexly in iPhone Settings → Fexly.
Payments and trips
Adding Apple Pay purchases automatically. On the Payments tab, open the menu (···) → Apple Pay purchases and follow the steps. The automation is set up in the Shortcuts app and you can turn it off there at any time. During a trip, purchases go into the trip; otherwise they go to Payments.
A payment has the wrong category. Outside a trip, Fexly guesses the category from the shop's name, and uses Other when it can't tell. Tap the payment to pick another category or to delete it.
Subscription reminders. A reminder comes at 10:00 the day before each charge, with the amount at that day's rate. If you add a subscription less than a day before its charge, the reminder comes right away. Notifications must be on for Fexly in iPhone Settings → Fexly.
Income
Which rate is used? The official rate of the central bank of the country you choose, under that country's rule (shown in the report). If no rate can be loaded for a date, you can enter it yourself; such entries are marked with a pencil in the list and with * in the reports.
Keeping your entries safe. Everything stays on your iPhone. On the Income tab, the backup menu saves all entries to a file and restores them from it, for example on a new iPhone.
